	Alpha & Omega Staffing Solutions, Inc. was created in 2007 by Ralph Shearer as a staffing agency. Our team consists of forty employees, which includes physical, occupational, and speech therapists. Alpha & Omega Staffing supplies therapists to hospitals, home health agencies, outpatient clinics, skilled nursing facilities, and Steps To Your Dreams Foundation for pediatric and hippotherapy services. In addition, we provide complete therapy services for Patriot Ridge Community, Dayview Care Center, and newly Widow's Home of Dayton.
