Alpha & Omega Staffing has recently added a new addition to their company, Widows Home of Dayton, in 2008. Widows Home was established as a not-for-profit in 1872 to provide for those women who were left destitute and widowed by the Civil War. Widow’s Home is supported in part by the Widows Home Foundation. The original commitment to serve those in need has grown and flourished with the times. Today, the Widows Home continues to build upon the original commitment of caring, by providing an environment where residents can realize the highest quality of life possible. Widows Home is a seventy-five bed facility that offers

The Home fosters and promotes the peace and welfare of the residents by providing them with highly competent, responsive and compassionate care in a dignified manner that meets or exceeds their expectations and those or their families.

The Home serves primarily elderly men and women who have a continuing need for physical and psychological support in facilities that are cheerful, home-like, clean and safe, compatible with high quality care.
